The Self-Exclusion Policy (the Policy) governs Sulit777's voluntary restriction program (the Program). You may initiate self-exclusion through the Self-Exclusion feature in your Account Settings, or by contacting Sulit777 Customer Care. If you initiate via Account Settings, select the desired exclusion period and confirm your decision. If you contact us by email, include your username and the requested exclusion period. You cannot remove the restriction or edit the selected period during the exclusion.
Available self-exclusion periods are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. You may request an extension beyond the initial period by contacting Customer Care; extensions are subject to approval by Sulit777. The period chosen at the outset cannot be shortened or modified after activation.
At expiry, the account will automatically reactivate unless you have requested renewal of the exclusion prior to expiry. Reversal of the exclusion before the end of the selected period requires written notice to Sulit777; Sulit777 reserves the right to accept or deny such requests in its sole discretion.
You may set spend and time limits within the My Account area. If a pre‑set limit is reached during the exclusion, further transactions may be restricted in accordance with the limit. Any changes to limits or exclusion require written notice or electronic communication to Sulit777 and will be considered at Sulit777's sole discretion.
Self-exclusion is an aid to help manage gambling activity and is not a substitute for willpower. You acknowledge that Sulit777 is not liable for any gambling activity that occurs during the exclusion if you attempt to circumvent the program. You agree not to register new Sulit777 accounts or to access existing accounts during the exclusion period.
We recommend self-exclusion with other operators you may use to reinforce protective measures. Exclusion at Sulit777 does not automatically apply to other operators; you should contact each operator separately to request similar restrictions.
